BBQ BEER & MUSIC
We have put together a great combination of BBQ, beer, great drinks and great music. On Thursdays during the height of summer, Kläpphagen is visited by a range of fantastic musicians and DJs. Of course, we play good music and deliver wonderful BBQ every day during the season.
July 9 Fredrik Lundqvist, an established Strömstad profile delivering a groovy mix of Swedish folk classics and international rock, ranging from Taube to Springsteen and Dylan.
July 16 Emrik from Stonefunkers, an established Gothenburg profile who delivers groovy soul, funk, and hip-hop in Swedish, with lyrics about life, love, and the west coast.
July 23 Celso & Paco, a versatile musician and artist from Mozambique who brings an infectiously pulsating groove where traditional African rhythms and Marrabenta meet modern afro-pop, jazz, and rock.
July 25 DJ Rory, an international profile straight from Costa Rica’s hot club scene, delivering an intense and tropical blend of pulsating dancehall, afrobeats, R&B, and groovy reggaeton.
July 30 Brita, a young debuting artist from Gothenburg who delivers powerful lyrics in a fusion of Swedish folk songs and modern indie pop/rock.
August 6 DJ Marius Sommerfeldt, an established profile from Oslo’s club scene who offers a playful musical journey where electronic genres meet—expect a groovy and atmospheric set filled with deep house, space disco, ambient, and chill Balearic vibes.
September 5 Bluesbury, a groovy blues band from northern Bohuslän that pushes boundaries and offers a dynamic repertoire filled with bluesy grit and strong influences from jazz, soul, and rock.
