More than anything, we want you to eat well, drink well, feel good and feel well taken care of.
Then we work organically, traceably to the greatest extent possible and have chosen to follow nature instead of trying to tame it. Of course, the seasons can decide what falls through the kitchen door.
Therefore, we change the menu depending on the season, and sometimes it even varies from day to day.

The Nordic cuisine is the basis of our cooking, but we have also adopted methods from many corners of our earth.

Every morning we light the fire in the kitchen and start the day with the goal of giving every guest a “wow” experience.
