Information
Spring is our favorite season when it comes to vegetables. Mostly because of our amazing asparagus.
Green and white asparagus, first crops, new potatoes, beets, nettles, radishes, rhubarb, ramsons and much more.
We have put together a wonderful omakase menu with asparagus as the focus, cooked over an open fire. Here we combine wine-friendly with the best from sea and land.
In terms of Riesling, our sommelier Francesco has found some real treats that will enhance the dinner.
At the bar, we´ll be mixing wonderful drinks that give you spring feelings throughout your body
The menu costs only 850:-
Open Friday 16:00 and Saturday 12:00
Of course, we start the spring party with the “GT hour” at 16:00
