Information
April 17 and 18, we are going all out for meat and red wine.
The weekend before Easter we have filled the meat cupboard with lots of goodies from the best cuts of meat we have been able to get our hands on. Of course we have really started the fire in the best old-fashioned style.
Our wine experts, who have really honed their skills during the winter months, have selected some really good red for you to enjoy.
In the kitchen the chefs have cooked up mouth-watering sauces and side dishes that they themselves would love to get their teeth into.
