We base everything we do on the four seasons, and at the center is the fire and the craftsmanship around the food.
Spring
The darkness has finally fled and we welcome spring at Kläpphagen.
Taste the first vegetables of the year.
Hear the beautiful songs of the birds.
See white-winged wagtails, blue wagtails, coltsfoot and the little mouse ears on the deciduous trees.
Enjoy the clear blue sky and let the sun’s rays warm you.
Freshly caught mackerel lies on our embers.
Now is the perfect time to come out to the peace and quiet of Kläpphagen.

Summer
Summer, summer, summer and it’s full of life and activity at Kläpphagen.
Salty baths, sun-ripened strawberries, matjes herringe, cold beer and why not a good schnapps.
A perfect archipelago stay.
Sun-warmed sandy beaches, secluded bathing coves, sparkling Koster-sea and magnificent sunsets.
Laugh, sing, dance, enjoy, taste and experience lovely Kläpphagen.

Opening hours June – September 5
Open daily from June 4th 12pm until late in the restaurant
On June 15th we will keep the entire Kläpphagen closed for training
BBQ and garden service is open Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm and from July 4th it is open daily from 12pm to 5pm until August 1st, then only open on Saturdays until September 5th
Autumn
We welcome the approaching autumn storms, that’s when our fire comes into its own.
The lobster goes into the pots and we at Kläpphagen invite you to a proper party.
Crackling autumn colors, freshly harvested crops, freshly picked mushrooms and a dark and starry sky.
Defy the rain and then cozy up in front of the fire and let the fire warm you.
It is in these quiet times that Kläpphagen’s farm really sparkles and shows its best side.
Pack your rain gear and your favorite book.
You are welcome in all weathers.
Lobster dinners start from the last Saturday in September and continue until October 24

Winter
Now darkness has fallen and Santa will soon be here.
Outside, King Bore steps forward where wind and cold reign.
Inside, Christmas candles burn, laughter rings out and a lovely scent fills the houses.
Cuddle up in front of the fire and let the flames warm you.
Herring, schnapps, ham, mulled wine and gingerbread.

A trip to Kläpphagen is part of Christmas.
